Our goal is to save you time and money, we always try to repair first and THEN suggest a replacement if needed. If we see that your current unit is outdated and inefficient then we will recommend a replacement as well. There is no point on our clients spending money on parts if they are going to be spending more money every month running the unit. Our team is trained to identify each home’s unique needs and requirements. Matching the right system for a home can mean maximum comfort and even lower utility bills.

System failure does not mean that you need a new HVAC system. We pride ourselves in finding out what the problem is first and then, depending on the issue, recommending a solution. For the most part we can fix the problem that same day, as long as we don't have to order any special parts.
What to do?
& How we do it?
Our 3 step process:
Step 1 -We schedule a troubleshooting service to find out what the problem is. $90 (non-refundable unless replacing system with Cali. Breeze)
Step 2 -After identifying the problem we proceed to inform our client about any possible solutions to remedy the issue. Certain things can sometimes be fixed without replacing parts for example: Loose wires, tripped breakers, loose parts. (We cover these items with the initial Troubleshooting Fee )
Step 3 -If we need to replace a part or do an extensive repair then we will give you the price and make sure it is approved first before commencing. (Price will be in addition to the Troubleshooting Fee)
Is there a warranty on the repair and parts?
Yes there is a 1 year warranty on all parts replaced by Cali. Breeze. Some items have a multiple year warranty through the manufacturer.(We only cover labor up to one year on multiple year warranty products as well)

System Replacement
After a certain amount of time units get old and inefficient, and replacement makes more sense. Why put money into a system that will keep breaking down or use more energy than a newer, more efficient, system? We try to guide our clients through the best path, but at the end of the day we are here to serve OUR CLIENTS, and we will navigate through whatever path is chosen by them.
How can I get a quote?
- Contact us by phone, email, text or social media.
- We will schedule an "In Home Consultation" to see what will be needed and what size system your home has/needs.
- We write up a quote there and email it to you
Do you charge for "In Home Consultations"?
- No we do not.
- The only time we charge is when we do a troubleshooting service first and then find out that the system will need replacing.
- After we troubleshoot and see that it is better to replace the system then we will provide a quote for a replacement to match your home / business . If the quote is APPROVED then we will deduct the $90 Troubleshooting Fee from the total price.
What happens after I approve the quote given?
& How long will it take?
- We schedule a date for installation
- We order all the parts and units needed to complete the job
- A single system installation can take up to 1 full day and in some rare cases 2 days.
Is there a warranty on a system installed?
- Yes absolutely
- Depending on the unit installed the manufacturer warranty covers up to 5 years in parts and 10 years on the compressor
- Cali. Breeze provides a 1 year warranty in labor from date installed
- We also provide a 1 year check up to double check our work and make sure everything is still working properly.
